Installation

PRIME the unit by pre-filling with water through the OUTLET until water comes out the INLET. Non-PRIMING unit will cause premature failure.

INSTALLATION

1. Thread male x male cam coupling on to INLET SIDE OF CRP UNIT.

2. Place decompression chamber's female cam coupling on to CRP unit's male cam coupling and secure by lifting chrome colored levers of camlock coupling upward.

3. Configure proper number of hose barbs and plugs on chamber, inserting 1 barb for each incoming line and plugging the remaining holes.

4. Fit condensate lines from the air compressor tank, the dryer and the in-line filter to the decompression chamber, using hose and clamps provided.

5. Thread outlet T assembly to outlet of CRP Pak.

6. Attach drain hose to T assembly and secure with clamp provided.

7. When using a DC 202, 207, or 207A connect anti siphon tube between chamber and top of outlet T. ***If using chamber other than DC 202, 207 or 207A install the 12" nipple in place of the tube.

THE CRP PAK MUST BE INSTALLED WITH A DECOMPRESSION CHAMBER AND ANTI SIPHON DEVICE.

MONITOR WATER BEING DISCHARGED FROM CRP PAK. When water turns cloudy--REPLACE UNIT.
