    The MICRO & MICRO Plus have been designed using an improved alumina silicate substrate media that prolongs the life of the unit. It also comes with a durable, onboard decompression chamber. These new units come complete with a 5 inlet hub, 5 hose barbs, an inlet hose, and an outlet hose. Prime the unit and simply run your condensate lines to the unit. With the CRP-IDC Paks there is no need for a separate decompression chamber.

    How It Works

    Laboratory tested and proven in the field, the MICRO & MICRO Plus are engineered to provide EPA compliant results. It is changing the world of compressor condensate management. Once the condensate from the waste stream is piped into the unit through the inlet hub, it comes into contact with our improved alumina silicate substrate media. These beds absorb the lubricant while repelling the water. The lubricant bonds with the media making the cleaned water easily disposable.

    MICRO Instructions

    Step 1

    Mount the Micro mounting bracket on a wall or secure surface. Make sure it is secure.

    Step 2

    Remove the yellow plastic plug from the filter.

    Step 3

    Insert filter into the Micro mount on the bracket. Hand tighten filter clockwise. Label should be facing you when fully in place.

    Step 4

    Connect condensate lines to decompression chamber using 1/4” polyethylene tubing. Condensate flows into the decompression chamber and out through the filter.

    Step 5

    Check for leaks.

    Additional Details

    Monitor water being discharged from unit. When water turns cloudy or maximum lifespan is reached, replace unit! Installation kits are available from Clean Resources.

    Note

    Decompression chamber designed for incoming condensate from timer drains and not engineered for large volumes of incoming condensate typically associated with large float drains. Please use an external manifold to diffuse the large volume of condensate.

    MICRO Plus Instructions

    Step 1

    Mount the Micro mounting bracket on a wall or secure surface. Make sure it is secure.

    Step 2

    Remove the yellow plastic plugs from the Stage 1 and Stage 2 cartridges.

    Step 3

    Insert Stage 1 cartridge into the MICRO Plus mount on the bracket indicated by the Stage 1 marker. Hand tighten cartridge counter-clockwise. Label should be facing you when fully in place.

    Step 4

    Insert Stage 2 cartridge into the MICRO Plus mount on the bracket indicated by the Stage 2 marker. Hand tighten cartridge counter-clockwise. Label should be facing you when fully in place.

    Step 5

    Connect condensate lines to decompression chamber using 1/4” polyethylene tubing. Condensate flows into Stage 1 and out through Stage 2.

    Step 6

    Install a 1/4” polyethylene tubing into the outlet of the Micro Plus. Ensure that there are no kinks.

    Step 7

    Check for leaks.
