The IDC-350 allows smaller industry compressors the ability to easily maintain EPA compliance. Like the other units in the IDC series; 350 units have an improved alumina silicate substrate media bed that prolongs the life of the unit and an internal decompression chamber. All you have to do is prime the unit and run your condensate lines to the unit with no need to purchase or install a separate decompression chamber.

As with all Clean Resources products the IDC-350 is designed to handle all compressor lubricants without regard to specific gravity, emulsification, or relative humidity. The IDC-350 is GUARANTEED to clean compressor condensate to less than 10ppm for the life of the unit or we will provide a refund through your distributor.

IDC-350 units provide an easy, convenient and cost effective method to keep your compressor room EPA compliant. The IDC-350 requires no electricity, is maintenance free, requires no pump and is not susceptible to mold growth. All IDC-350 units can be disposed of as non-hazardous special waste provided the liquid has been drained. Should your landfill not accept the spent unit, it can be returned to one of our sites. Simply fill out the disposal form at and follow the instructions.

How It Works

Laboratory tested and proven in the field, the MINI is engineered to provide EPA compliant results. It is changing the world of compressor condensate management. Once the condensate from the waste stream is piped into the unit through the inlet hub, it comes into contact with our improved alumina silicate substrate media. These beds absorb the lubricant while repelling the water. The lubricant bonds with the media making the cleaned water easily disposable.

IDC-350 Instructions

Step 1

Position IDC-350 unit on the side with the vent up.

Step 2

PRIME the IDC-350 unit by pouring about 5 gallons of clean water through the vent. NOTE: Not priming the unit will cause premature failure.

Step 3

Position IDC-350 unit upright and make sure water is flowing through the outlet hose.

Step 4

Install condensate line to the inlet hub.

Step 5

Do not allow air locks, kinks, or excess coil in drain hose.

Step 6

Confirm discharge flows freely.

Additional Details

Monitor water being discharged from unit. When water turns cloudy or maximum lifespan is reached, replace unit! Installation kits are available from Clean Resources.
