What is your experience in compressor condensate management?
Clean Resources began in 1997, and our team has over 50 years of experience in Condensate Management. Our company was formed with the singular goal of providing trouble-free oil-water separation for those in the compressed air and environmental markets.
Do I really need an air compressor oil-water separator?
If your job involves using an air compressor, absolutely! Whether a compressor salesperson or management has told you to save a few bucks, dumping oil and contaminants down the drain is morally wrong, and worse, it’s illegal.
Are your oil-water separators EPA compliant?
Yes, and we guarantee it. The EPA has fined companies for discharging compressor condensate above 50 parts per million. Our products clean condensate to 10 parts per million or less. Most labs cannot even detect anything below 10 ppm.
How do your units separate oil and water?
We use a specially prepared media bed that attracts oil and repels water. The media bonds so completely with the contaminants it eliminates the possibility of groundwater contamination.
Are Clean Resources Oil-Water Separators hazardous?
No! Our products contain NO HAZARDOUS INGREDIENTS whatsoever. Our proprietary filtering media is non-flammable and cannot be absorbed through the skin. The media securely locks in contaminants, making it virtually impossible for them to pollute groundwater or harm humans. Once spent, the media is safely disposable through your waste management company, or use our free recycling program at RecycleOilSep.com.
Are your units proven in the field?
Absolutely! Our products have prevented millions of acres of contamination, made over 100,000 compressor rooms EPA compliant, and saved customers millions in fines.
With what type of lubricants do your oil-water separators work?
Our units are compatible will ALL air compressor lubricants including but not limited to; PAOs, diester, polyol ester, glycol, silicone, food-grade, Alkyl Naphthalene, hydraulic, mineral-based, etc.
Is installation difficult?
We’ve designed our units to be simple to install. Select INSTALLATION from the VIDEOS menu at the top of this page for easy-to-follow video tutorials and printed instructions.
What do I do with the empty “jug”?
In most cases, spent units can be disposed of as part of your waste management pick-up service, provided the proper paperwork is completed. If a unit cannot be disposed of through your regular pick-up, Clean Resources will accept spent paks through our free recycling program at RecycleOilSep.com.
How do I get a new one?
Contact your Clean Resource distributor. Not sure who that is? Contact us.
How much maintenance is involved with these units?
These products are engineered to minimize maintenance. Using them will reduce cleanups, reduce costs, and operate efficiently in all conditions.
How are your products guaranteed?
When properly sized and installed, our products are guaranteed to reduce the contaminants in your compressor condensate to less than 10 ppm for the unit’s life. In the event of failure under these conditions, Clean Resources, Inc. will replace the failed unit or provide a refund via your distributor.
